You will no doubt be able to do a lot more submissions with this tool that you would be able to do manually, and if you can keep it working hard, you can create a large number of backlinks to your site, which will result in increased ranking from search engines, thus more traffic. You may also benefit from direct traffic following those links.
How well it works will depend on how fast you feed the machine.
